Title: Director of Sales

Write and execute a sales plan. Evaluate alliance/partnership potential and execute on findings. Recruit and head sales team. Interact with customers, project managers, development team.

Requirements for this position include prior experience in building and servicing a global client base in IT consulting services, 5+ years of IT sales experience and 2+ years of sales team management experience, technical experience with Web, Internet, e-commerce or related areas, and a Business, Computer Science, or related degree.

The candidate will based out of our 55 Broad Street office. The target customer base is located in the New York Metropolitan area.

Excellent compensation package include salary + benefits + options.


Title: Sales Account Executive

Solution oriented sales professional with a proven track record of selling large application development and consulting projects to Global 2000 companies. The successful candidate must have experience selling to IT Executives, established relationships in the demographic sales area and an understanding of systems integration issues. The position requires 5+ years of experience selling consulting services or applications, preferably in solution services or high technology products. High energy, enthusiasm, persistence and perceptiveness are necessary to thrive in this fast paced environment. Strong communication, negotiation, writing, and organizational skills are essential.

The candidate will based out of our 55 Broad Street office. The target customer base is located in the New York Metropolitan area.

Excellent compensation package include salary + commission + benefits.


Title: Inside Sales

Key responsibilities include client lead generation via cold calling and Internet, qualifying new account leads, and implementing strategies to establish new business. You will be working directly with our Sales Account Executives who could be your mentors to train and work with you to expand our sales potential.

This job requires strategic thinking, persuasive presentation skills, and a good knowledge of Internet technologies. Candidates must be personable, strong conceptual thinkers, have high energy, excellent writing, communication and presentation skills.

The candidate will be based out of our 55 Broad Street office. The target customer base is located in the New York Metropolitan area.

Excellent compensation package include salary + commission + benefits.


Title: B2B e-Business Strategic Consultant

Candidates have to have strong technology background (or understanding) to serve as B2B e-Business strategic consultants to our clients. Responsibilities include developing Internet vision and strategies with clients, writing proposals and consulting reports, collaborating with the team during the initial framework of a project, conveying industry insights to clients, and taking an active role in supporting Internet development efforts.

As most of our B2B e-Business projects are large-scale and quite complex in technology, we need the people who can align business vision with the best Internet technology for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have e-Business reengineering experience and proven capabilities in strategic analysis. You will work with our top notch Internet technologist to come up with the large-scale e-Business solution/system which reinvent our client’s business model.

Outstanding writing and presentation skills required.

Title: Senior Programmer

Requirements:

  • Minimum five years working experience.
  • MS in Computer Science.
  • Programming experience in several of the following languages: C/C++, Java, Perl, JavaScript/VBScript, Visual Basic.
  • Detailed knowledge of the Internet and WWW.
  • Database programming experience.
  • TCP/IP programming experience.
  • Excellent debugging capabilities.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to manage projects.
  • Ability to develop new projects for existing clients.

This position involves working with MokoNet clients on existing and new programming projects. Work location will vary between MokoNet's 55 Broad Street office and clients' premises (90% in NYC).

Development platform will either be Windows NT or Unix. Most projects revolve around the Internet and WWW. Many projects include a database component.

Candidates for this position will serve as project leaders. Candidates for this position will also work occasionally with sales team to develop new clients. However, candidate is not expected to close deals.


Title: Programmer

Requirements:

  • BS in Computer Science.
  • Thorough knowledge of data structures.
  • Programming experience in one or more of the following languages: C/C++, Java, Perl, JavaScript/VBScript, Visual Basic.
  • Knowledge of the Internet and WWW.
  • Database programming experience is a plus.
  • TCP/IP programming experience is a plus.
  • Excellent debugging capabilities.

This position involves working with MokoNet clients on existing and new programming projects. Work location will vary between MokoNet's 55 Broad Street office and clients' premises (90% in NYC).

Development platform will either be Windows NT or Unix. Most project revolve around the Internet and WWW. Many projects include a database component.

Candidates for this position will have the opportunity to grow into a more senior role within the organization. The senior role could include managing projects and a team of people.
